These recipes are all high protein, moderate in fat, and moderate in fiber & carbohydrates and are designed to be lower in caloric density to assist with weight maintenance. Note that these recipes are not designed for weight loss (feeding below resting energy requirements).

Though you can rotate between these recipes, they are designed to be individually complete and balanced and do not require rotation in order to fill in any nutritional gaps. Each recipe contains a main muscle meat, organs of the same species, oily fish (salmon), oysters to supply zinc (pacific), starchy vegetables (sweet potatoes, squash), whole grains (brown rice or quinoa), variety of fruits and vegetables, and needed oils for essential fatty acids.

Recipes:

Beef Recipe: Ingredients Used – 95% lean ground beef, beef heart, beef liver, salmon, pacific oysters, chicken (or duck) eggs, sunflower (corn, or walnut) oil, sweet potato, butternut squash, brown rice (or quinoa), blueberries, mushrooms, spinach. Supplements: calcium (egg shell powder), iodine (kelp or iodized salt), thiamine (nutritional yeast or b1 drops), vitamin e (vitamin e supplement)
  2. Chicken Recipe: Ingredients Used – Chicken Breast, chicken heart, chicken liver, salmon, pacific oysters, chicken (or duck) eggs, sunflower (corn, or walnut) oil, sweet potato, butternut squash, brown rice (or quinoa), blueberries, broccoli, kale Supplements: calcium (egg shell powder), iodine (kelp or iodized salt), thiamine (nutritional yeast or b1 drops), vitamin e (vitamin e supplement)
  3. Turkey Recipe: Ingredients Used – Turkey Breast, turkey heart, turkey liver, salmon, pacific oysters, chicken (or duck) eggs, sunflower (corn, or walnut) oil, sweet potato, butternut squash, brown rice (or quinoa), blueberries, cabbage, carrots. Supplements: calcium (egg shell powder), iodine (kelp or iodized salt), thiamine (nutritional yeast or b1 drops), vitamin e (vitamin e supplement)

Pork Recipe: Ingredients Used – Pork Tenderloin, pork heart, pork liver, salmon, pacific oysters, chicken (or duck) eggs, sunflower (corn, or walnut) oil, sweet potato, butternut squash, brown rice (or quinoa), blackberries, beet greens, brussel sprouts. Supplements: calcium (egg shell powder), iodine (kelp or iodized salt), thiamine (nutritional yeast or b1 drops), vitamin e (vitamin e supplement), choline supplement.*we do not have data on choline in pork, so additional supplementation is needed.
